🙏 Refund or Replacement Policy
At Father’s Treasure Chest, every item is made-to-order and crafted with purpose, prayer, and a desire to inspire bold faith across generations. We approach every concern with grace, integrity, and a commitment to serve you well. We offer a 30-day refund or free replacement if it is defective (see limitations below).
Made-When-Ordered with Purpose
- Each item is thoughtfully made when ordered, ensuring that you receive a product crafted with quality and attention to detail. By producing items only as needed, we can offer you the best prices without the need for excessive inventory.
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of heart. (Note: colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration).
- Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
If Something’s Not Right
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’re here to make it right. We offer free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery and inform us of the damage or manufacturing error:
- Please reply directly to the order confirmation email you received from customer@trackorder.site. This helps us locate your order quickly and begin the resolution process. It includes a link to a support page where you can request a reprint or refund.
- If you did not receive the email, you can reach us through our Contact Us page.
Include the following in your response:
- Full name
- Order number
- Date of order
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and defect
- If multiple items are affected, show them all in one frame
You do not need to return the item.
We will gladly offer:
- A free reprint of the item
- Or a refund to your original payment method
- Note: International Shipping - We do not refund the cost of any tariffs, customs or duties from import fees, these fees are the responsibility of the customer, and any reprints will most likely incur additional import fees.
Delivery Issues
- If your order was undeliverable, you may request a reprint with corrected deliverable address changes, if applicable (additional charges may apply)
- Or a partial refund, depending on the situation (namely was the undeliverable address an error because of incorrect address information originally entered or was it the fault of the carrier)
Print Placement Note
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) items, a slight variation (up to 0.5") in print placement is considered normal and not a defect.
